K, so good mornin'!

I have an eggplant, 2 zucchinis, and 2 squash(es?) that are all at that point of going bad if not cooked ASAP. I really wanted to make them all together just to make sure I don't waste any of them...and I found a recipe for both eggplant parmigiana and squash/zucchini parmigiana...do you think it would be a bad idea to make a eggplant/squash/zucchini parmigiana? I guess it would be like a veggie parm?
