What to make for dinner? HELP!!

It's a chilly, rainy day. I don't really have time (or the energy) to run to the store. I have some ground beef on hand. Not really sure what I'm craving but I also have a picky little one.

Anyone have any recipes to share?

What kind of other things do you have?
Mixed veggies, cream of (anything), and tater tots?  

If so, tater tot casserole.

not really sure whats in tater tot casserole (other than tater tots) or taco soup. but both sound great

Ground meat
Cream of (anything) soup
mixed veggies
tater tots.
That's how I make it anyway.

I was thinking chili too. I love meatloaf but LO hates it

I use cream of chicken and sour cream, then lots and lots of cheese. Basically make it as fattening as possible  

Rainy day? Toss the ground beef in the fridge, cook it tomorrow! Order in!

I can't ever find the energy to cook on rainy days...unless it's storming cause I love storms.

If you're dead set on using that ground beef up, maybe shepherd's pie or spaghetti?

Haha yeah we use cheese too...sometimes. I either use cream of chicken or potato.
Can't use sour cream though. DH hates it...weirdo.
