Sleepless nights

posted 13th Nov
I know everyone talks about not being able to sleep at the end of your pregnancy but im only in the 1st trimester. Second night i have been wide awake. Slept for 3 hours in the middle of the day but thats all. Know I need to sleep but it just wont happen!

Some days I could sleep for 12 hours and some I could not sleep at all. It's totally normal. Just treasure what you do get, because when baby's here you won't get much at all for a little while!

Same here some days I sleep all day. Trying to think of it like that though when I do finally get some sleep know I will look back and hope for those days to sleep in

I think it's different for everyone. some require more sleep where some people get insomnia. i have had more insomnia than ever throughout my pregnancy but now that i'm almost finished and he's so big it's hard to move around but i still can just be lazy and not sleep lol.

For nights you can't sleep, or to try and regulate your sleep schedule, try Benedryl.

Nope, its 100% safe. And if insomnia becomes a big problem, doc can prescribe you Ambien.

That's
What I take... but you know its actually for panic attacks. Lol...

I hate taking it because it makes my finger tips super itchy... lol, weird I know.

I like taking tylenol pm. Bendryl gives me the worst nightmares.
