re: What's the longest you 'n your dude..

posted 13th Nov
Usually within a few hours. There have been a few times (I'm gonna say less than 5) where we haven't made up until the next day. We have a hard time staying mad.

I hope you guys can make up soon! It's no fun feeling like you have to tip toe around and avoid your spouse (that's how I feel when we are giving each other the silent treatment anyway.)

we've kinda been there before, ha. not the month part but the other part. and sorry if it's TMI, but when i'm angry, i still want sex, and this is the first time (in my whole sex-life) where i'm so angry, i don't even want that. it's just so...weird. and unsettling. and we've been through...ALOT (separated for 2 years after having our daughter, then back together) so we're no stranger to arguments.

It was about a month ago and it lasted about 3 days. It pissed me off because one of them was my birthday and he didn't talk to me or apologize or anything. That night (my birthday) he finally did. It upset me that it was too little, too late.
Usually the baby brings us back together. She'll do something adorable and we'll both smile or laugh.

We've never gone a whole day fighting with each other. We usually fight over bullsmurf reasons though, nothing to stay mad about.

I hate going to bed angry cause he sleeps first and I'm left to ponder and be paranoid. He's only gone to sleep once without us at least becoming civil and hug-y with each other.

When I feel like its been going on too long or I'm just sick of it, no matter whose fault it is, I pout and hold my arms open until he hugs me lol. It's childish but it gets him to smile and that usually breaks the tension enough to talk.

Yeah. It was "easy". Because after work he'd immediatly fall asleep after seeing the kids for a bit. All week. Then on weekends he'd drink as always, and it wouldn't be a TRUE conversation.

I'm totally fine going to bed angry lol. sometimes it's just easier when you get pissed off at each other to just go to bed, then wake up in the morning perfectly fine. lmao

2 Hours Max. Then we are back to talking/interacting normal even if we are still hurt.

I don't mind if I go to bed angry, it's when he goes to bed and one or both of us is till angry. He goes to bed about 1-3 hours before me and I'm left to ponder over it and it makes it hard to sleep

I completly understand that. But I knew, after we would do the deed, he'd expect that I had forgave him or something. It's happened in the past. Lol. I now know how to control my urges especially because not giving him any works sometimes too. Lol.

But we've been past the point where I was going to move out of state even, to move back with my aunt. But idk. It's soooo hard to think about these things with kids involved. Because it's hard getting back where you use to be while STILL being parents.

Ugh, haha, just, alot. I mean, i'm used to small annoyances from him, and even big ones, i usually keep this stuff to PTOT cos i'm weird

But basically just said really irrational things in front of the kids.
Like, i got upset with him cos he gave our daughter juice when i said not to (it gave her an allergic reaction) and he said that she doesn't scratch cos of that, she does it cos she's "scared of me"   (scared of what??? and this is infront of my 7 year old too)

Earlier that day i was upset cos i found a book where he 'documented' all these things from the custody days and they were all lies.

I cant' really mention the other ones, haha, but i mean, those were two of the 'lesser' things if that can give you an idea of what's been going on.
