102.1 fever

Alyssah has never been sick before...ever & i really dont know what i can do to help her.

Ive gave her tynoyel & cold & cough stuff.
What else can i do?

How old is she? Luke warm bath, cool drinks, and make sure she doesn't get too cold. And make sure her temp is going down with tylonal, not up.
