How could you treat me the way you did when I was always there for you when no one else was or gave 2 smurfs about you?

Unfortunately, I'd ask him if he cheated last year. He says no, but of course it still eats away at me  

I'd ask him if he really can live without me, because I can't. I'd ask him if he's honestly ready to give up... because I never will be.

I have two questions for him

1. Why he will only hav sex with me once a month (& it's only ever to shut me up)
2. What's the real reason he won't marry me
