Hemorrhoids

So I posted a topic explaing the situation.
Pressure when I stand
Clots of blood & alot of blood mixed with/in stool & toilet
Lower back pain
Hurts to poo
Feels like a lot of pressure back there

Does this sound like them?
how does yours feel ?
& have you had ALOT of blood and some clots when you have a bowel movement. TIA I've only had an internal hemorrhiod and it doesn't feel that same at all.

ETA: It also feels hot back there 

look in the mirror. idk how many days, weeks you are post partum..but i felt like a bomb exploded down there for the first 4weeks after..but i got stitches and i had hemmorroids from birthing my son

they are not fun at all. I was so lucky and didnt get one my entire pregnancy but as soon as I had DS, BOOM!
