TMI Blood in bowel movement

So I've been pooping fine it just hurts when I do.
Not burning or anything it just feels like a lot of pressure likes something is laying on my bottom. Juts now when I had a bowel movement it was runny but when I looked in the toilet there was a big clot of blood and then all in the toilet (ALOT) & all in the poop. Now my butt is stil hurting , it hurts to sit and I'm hurting in my hips. I had a C-section a little over 2 weeks ago if that matters. Is this normal ?

It sounds like hemorrhoids. Is it bright red blood?

It was more of a darkish color.

Did it have a really foul odor to it?

definitely go to the hospital right away, blood in feces is never a good sign!

No, not that I noticed.

Could be hemerroids ?polups? Or ulcers go to the er is the best thing to do
