Hi! I'am due Jan 18. Here same as everyone of you waiting for any little signs Ive had contractions the past week, nothing yet I cant waittt... today i have the docs appt ill ask him if i can be induced by next week by then next fri ill be 40 wks. Hopefully he gives me a induction date  

Oh shush you ladies due on the 16th and 19th! I'm going past my due date tomorrow K?   I've had next to no signs, just some BH belly hardening which doesn't even mean its necessarily happening soon. Had my appt today and my OB said she seems like a big baby....oh goodie. my induction is the 18th unless I go naturally before that. I'm just gonna patiently wait and get myself ready mentally and around the house. You all are probably gonna have your babies before me and I'm due today! So shaddup. hehe  

Welp ladies, my ob sent me to labor and delivery because I couldn't stop getting sick. I'm sitting here with an iv in my arm bored to death lol. My doctor mentioned induction to the nurses. I have not yet seen or talked to him though, so nothing is set in stone yet. Right now I'm just being monitored. Having mild contractions but nothing too bad.

I wanted to wait it out and go past my due date but with my blood pressure is I'm okay with it. Just knowing my fella will be okay is all that matters to me. My doctor was feeling on my belly today and said she thinks he's going to be at least 7 1/5 lbs My first was only 6 lbs 7oz.

Today was my last NST and Doctors appointment before the big day Tuesday. I'm only dilated to a 3, thinned to 70% and baby is still -2. I think if I wasn't being induced I'd go past my due date on the 18th. Anyways doctor stretched my cervix and now I'm having TONS of cramping and a little bleeding. Now every time I pee there is a little drip of blood and this thick clumpy looking stuff. Not sure what it is.

I would guess its your mucous plug from your cervix. So by "stretching your cervix" does that mean they used a foley catheter(or bulb) and inflated it in your cervix to get it dialating? I hope everything goes well for you...I'm sure we'd all like things to happen as naturally as they can, but sometimes intervention, though unpleasant, is whats safest for baby and mom.

No when she checked me she did it. It hurt a little like if the baby was hitting my cervix. I'm hoping it helped some way. The cramps I was having earlier have died down now that I'm setting and relaxing but as soon as I get up my stomach gets super tight and I start cramping bad again.

Welllll.....this is it. I'm being induced. My ob said its safest for emma bc of her lack of movement and my fluid loss. This isn't how I pictured it but its for the best. I'm in my room, and they put a cervadil thing in. If that doesn't stimulate enough contractions, they'll start pitocin in the morning. Wish me luck, I'm so nervous and excited and anxious!!

I had my ob appt today doctor said he wants to wait until next appt on jan 16 to see if we pick a day to be induced because he wants me to be at least 40 wks to be induced. I cant waitttt lol Ill be 40 wks on Jan 18. Ohh he also said baby is still up but only 2cm dialted

looks like you beat me as I predicted   I hope everything goes great for you! inductions can suck for some women, and are simple for others...don't feel bad it didn't happen naturally, just focus on the joy of having your baby coming into the world.

Ugh I am so ready to meet my lil man! I have an appointment tomorrow so I really hope I've made some kind of progress. Last Friday when I was checked, he hadn't dropped, and I still wasn't dilated or thinned out. My midwife prescribed my SO & I sex to maybe help get things going lol. So hopefully the few times we did it, did something down there. I'm not sure if he's dropped yet. I do seem to pee a lot more and have more aches in my pelvic area but Idk. I'll find out tomorrow.
