I'm gonna say you because you're due first and you know exactly when you conceived, as for me...it was all a suprise lol. But how funny would it be if we popped on the same day? haha.
I'm on high alert all the time just because everyone keeps asking if she's coming yet and when I say no they respond with something like "Anytime now, be prepared!". So I don't really have a choice haha. Plus I was getting the same sharp pains as the night before, every 3 mins or so but when I laid down again they went away for the most part. It's probably just really bad BH though. This little stinker is stubborn!! lol

I thought of that at my appointment yesterday too! Then having my doctor say this one is going to be bigger than my first I got scared. Only because I had some minor ripping with my first. Now I'm just a little freaked.

I'm so scared of ripping/tearing. =/ And that would definitely freak me out too. At my last ultrasound he said "oh, she's gotten big! Looks like she has a really big head, it's probably all that brain power" and I thought "Okay, that's great and all but that's not really something you say to someone who has to push that big head out! Say it afterwards or something!!" lol

lol, I agree with you. My first was only 6lbs 7 oz and when my midwife felt around on my belly yesterday she just looked at me asked how much my first was and said " I'm going to say this fella is going to be about 7- 7 1/2 lbs give or take" I just laughed and said Oh god. I already know he's going to have some super chubby cheeks so I wouldn't be surprised if he is that much.

Aw! Super chubby cheeks are adorable though! I hope my little girl comes out with her daddies chubby cheeks.

I just had a weird thought. It would be really nice if babies came out all chubless, and then as a reaction to the air or something...they suddenly inflate with all that cute baby chub haha. That way it'd be easier to push them out but the chubbyness would still be there.

That was super random but would be awesome if that's how it happened lol.
I'm just ready for the 15th to hurry and get here already! I'm ready to meet my little boy already and so I can actually bend over to pick up toys or anything off the ground lol. I'll be so happy to get that back!

Four days to go until my induction date! I'm still hoping she'll show up before then, but I'm not holding my breath. I've been having irregular contractions since my appointment on Thursday and they seem to be getting worse. She's been pretty quiet so far today, but boy was she active last night. Her movements were causing me some serious pain and it was freaking my husband out because he could see her wiggling around like a little alien.

Well, if it makes you guys feel any better, my moms 3rd baby (my little bro) was 9lbs, 13 oz and the cord was around his neck...last 2 babies she had epidural for the births and needed forcep help, 3rd baby she went natural for the birth and didn't tear...it was the best birth she had according to her...then again after 3 babies, maybe she was stretched out a bit already ;) She was 42 when she had him, 13 yrs after her last baby.

Well, I don't think I've even felt any BH contractions yet....I had some uncomfortable tightening of my uterus earlier in pregnancy sometimes, but lately, nothing. But for the last few days, I just want to sleep in my bed all the time...I get up for a late breakfast after sleeping in, then I go back to bed lol...get up for lunch and laze on the couch with my puffy feet up, have dinner and head to bed early....I want to be active and go for walks and whatever to maybe help labor along...but I just have no energy....maybe one day I'll get that nesting thing but its certainly not right now!

How exciting! Isn't it cool when they shift your belly around like crazy? I love it. I usually sit with my cell phone on my belly and she has kicked so hard that it's been bumped right off haha. I hope you're able to go into labor naturally but either way...she'll be here soon!

Yeah, i feel ya. I miss having energy. I'll get little bursts of energy and i'll clean alot during them but i'll still kind of drag my feet. Everyone keeps saying "have sex, go walk around, go up and down stairs alot" and I just don't feel like it lol. Sounds easier than it actually is. I don't consider it walking anymore, it's literally more of a very slow waddle.

I WANT to be able to walk and go up and down stairs but doctor said not to. I got upset  I just can't wait to see if my hypertension will be gone after I have him so I don't have to go on medicines. I suck at remembering to take anything!

I'm with u ladies on ripping/tearing....I tore with my first he was 7lbs 12ozs but I also had to have pitocin and an epidural because he kind of got stuck, my water broke by itself but contractions were irregular. My second I had no tearing/ripping, but also didn't get to the hospital till he was crowning. He was 6lbs 2ozs. And with this one I got to the hospital with irregular contractions 2-5 minutes apart, had to have antibiotics because of my strep b came back positive. After my dr broke my water I wanted an epidural but by that time it was time to push and I tore with this one, plus he was 8lbs 10ozs.

It is! I had a cup of milk on my stomach one day and if I wasn't holding it, she would've knocked it right off with her kicks.

And thanks! I'm kind of starting to freak out because the last time I had a baby, I was 16... and that was 7 years ago. I'm just hoping I don't end up having a c-section. The thought of being cut open freaks me out.

Well today I started losing my mucus plug. Idk if I lost it all because it didn't seem like much but it was definitely kind of gross lol. If it wasn't for BG I would've freaked out because I had never even heard of a mucus plug before this lol
