i need a meal plan for a month at a time that i can swap out items for 3 months
till jared work picks back up
i need something cheap that i can make left overs into something else
also want to add we don't like
beef stew

Buy a big turkey. then you can make the turkey for a dinner, hot sandwiches, turkey a la king, turkey soup out of scrap meat, bones and fat.

Or a ham, you can make casseroles or split pea soup with the bone and scrap meat--my mom made this all the time when we were growing up

Or a really big pot of chili

Roast a chicken a week.

Night 1- roast chicken, potatoes, veg
Night 2- enchiladas from the left overs
Night 3- chicken with rice soup made from the carcass
