Officially 1 week late, about to go pick up a pregnancy test

I'm about to go to the store and pick up an early response pregnancy test. I have pregnancy test strips and I keep looking up reviews on the brand I purchased and everyone keeps complaining about getting false negatives with them because the actual test line is not there.

I feel like if I buy a store test I'll feel better and feel like it's more accurate because of all the reviews I've read on my test strips.

Are you going to use the test strips just to see what they say?

I've used 8 of them, they are all really weird, the dye doesn't spread right, it like leaks off the test strip, they all have scratches in them and even if the red doesn't appear for a positive you can usually still see the stark white line where it should be all of the tests I've used you cannot tell where the test line would have even been at.

Thanks   it took me forever to find a pirate costume for myself.. I finally got that one at Kmart and it was 50% off  

So you picked some tests up and.....?!

I didn't because I went to the store close to my house and they ended up already being closed.   I was going to go after work tonight but I couldn't find my credit card and I don't have a phone at the moment so I couldn't call SO to see if it was at home so I had to go there and now I'm stuck trying to figure out where it is. Pretty sure LO stole it from my wallet, she's been stealing stuff and hiding it.

Uh oh. Check under the couch, window sills, etc! That's where I find mine when my 2 year old hides it.

She hid Daddy's keys yesterday he couldn't find them and had to have someone from work come get him. They were in her Castle Tent.

Mine hides things frequently but almost ALWAYS remembers where she puts them and if we ask goes and gets them for us if it was in fact her who hid them.   If you're a week late you just need a dollar store test. Get some change together and go to the dollar store.
