At around 7 months post pardom I saw a very unflattering picture of myself. So, I switched myself into high gear and started running. Previously I was only walking. In addition to running I started doing ab work outs on dvd and you tube. The combination helped me lose a lot. My pre pregnancy weight was 142, at 40 weeks I was 184! When I started to get serious about losing my baby weight I was 160. I'm currently 149 lbs. I don't diet because as soon as you stop the special diet you gain weight. Instead I eat smart, I'm also a vegetarian. I have a huge sweet tooth that I indulge in probably way more than I should, but you gotta let yourself every once in a while. So yeah, basically to sum it up I lost weight most effectively from doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week in addition to core workouts everyday...and healthy eating. So far it's gotten me 11 lbs lighter.
