Well, what do you think so far?

I posted a little bit about little man's first birthday the other day- but now I'm getting things together and just want other opinions- also just really excited because I just figured out what I'm going to wear!

Mad Hatters Tea Party

Here is what I'm doing to the tea cup/saucers: [each saucer will have his initial & date of the birthday party on it] I went to the thrift store today, I'm still not done- I need to get like twenty more cups/saucers. But, I got A LOT today- all for 13 bucks!


The meal plan: Chicken wrapped in bacon, and/or spaghetti pie: with green bean casserole and/or arroz con gandules [Puerto Rican rice]

Also, their will be cupcakes: vanilla w/ lemon frosting, chocolate w/ chocolate frosting, and strawberry w/ vanilla frosting. As well as top hat shaped cookies

Here's what I'm planning on wearing. The sweater will be tied and tucked in under my breasts. Since the dress is kind of a mini dress I'm going to wear leggings, with black flats. Should I wear it like that or make a tulle skirt underneath to make it super puffy? I'm thinking super puffy but I'm not sure how it'll turn out since it's a jersey type material.

That's what I am thinking. And YES! They are perfect and the exact color of the dress & cannot wait to wear them.

So, I just got back from the dollar store to get a skirt for the Christmas tree- and in the Halloween discount area I found a costume kit with bunny ears, and a furry bow tie! You bet your ass I bought it! 1.75!   
It's perfect for the idea, I think I'll just wear the bow tie, and get someone else to wear the bunny ears and tail.. hehe.
