Interesting, I was skeptical until I read like a 100 comments lol.

Can you tell me more about it? Like will I smurf my pants for 3 days? Also, is the point to jump start a healthier life style, like cutting out sugar and stuff? After the 3 days will I feel better?

It was on his show today. He said you poop better. I don't think you'd poop like... A LOT. If you click the link it'll tell you all the ingredients and stuff. You drink a cup of green tea in the morning, make four smoothies a day, take a multivitamin, omega 3 supplement, and a probiotic. And end the evening with an Epsom salt and lavender oil bath.  

It's meant to detox your body, you should use it as a jump start to a healthier lifestyle (not necessarily a diet).

I'm thinking of doing it, but reading those items... wayy more than $16 lol

It's meant to say $16 a day, so around $50. Which, idk. It'll probably cost more than that. I know probiotics at my local grocery store are $20 alone.

That's what I was concerned about... I think I'll give it a shot though, if SO won't make fun of me too much aha. I actually like all the ingredients on the list, and love smoothies like that.

Yep. Aw, he shouldn't make fun of you...   I do too! Pretty excited to do it, but I won't be starting it until Thursday.
