My Size Ariel *Online Sellers - Help!*

So I've got this my size princess Ariel doll that I've been hanging onto for a few years. I bought two, gave one to my girls and kept this one around to sell later. I'd forgotten all about it until DH cleared out the spare room, where it's been chillin'. It's brand new, still in box. Never been opened, smoke free home and all that jazz. (This is similar, but not my picture. I need to take some)

I'd like to sell it since I've got a ton of christmas expenses coming up. But I've never sold anything online before. What's the most common way to go about this? Ebay? The only other doll I see on there thats similar is a Cinderella doll.
And how does shipping work? Is there some place that I can calculate it first before sending it? TIA!

You can go to ebay, the picture didn't show up but if you're expecting to get more than $50 it, most people spending larger amounts want to buy from someone with rep points.

That's what I figured. I was wondering "but how will they know I'm trustworthy? Do I have to videochat with them? Take a picture with the damn thing and a newspaper? What?"

So I guess, Craigslist then? I don't want to sell it for less than $100 and I don't really want to argue with people about that. Craigslist stories scare me. Talk about those kind of Americans everyone wants to pretend don't exist

lmao, I think you would have better luck on ebay because you will find collectors from all over the world and likely one with a doll fetish, when those freaky guys start bidding each other up that's bank to you.

But you'd have to ship it, and that would be a bitch. I think if you make a legit enough page with a lot of pictures, people may not care about the rep points.

I agree. Thanks for the feedback! I guess I could try both and see if either work. International shipping.. eep. But, if they're willing to pay!
