That's what i did, lol. With a side of mac & cheese & rice.

i just throw the chicken in the crock pot then i shred the chicken add sliced fresh jalapeno that has been seeded and rinsed a can of cream of chicken soup and shredded cheese dip the warm corn tortillas in the green enchilada sauce then add chicken mixture roll them up top with remaining sauce shredded cheese cooked crumbled bacon(add a little under done it crisps in the oven ) and olives when its done i also like to add green onion or cilantro to the top its super easy really yummy and my SO loves to come home to the house smelling like bacon
