best workout

to do after doing the 30 day shred ?
i am on day 22 of 30 and would like to do something else once done to help me keep achieving my weightloss goals.

i was thinking maybe p90
i tried insanity before but i am not fit enough for that yet .

any ideas?

If you are finishing 30 DS you can do Insanity for sure. You'll be fine.

But I would suggest Jillian Michaels Shed and Shred. Freakin' awesome and would definitely prepare you for Insanity if you don't think you're quite ready yet.

It's pretty much a longer, more intense version of 30 DS. It's awesome.

i tried to do insanity with my boyfriend yesterday and couldn't even make it though the fit test  
i am definitely going to try that one , i love jillian michaels shes great !

The fit test is supposed to be hard. You're supposed to "suck" the first time and improve your numbers by the end.

If/when you do start Insanity, just take your time and go at your own pace. I would recommend staying on month one as long as you need, before progressing to month two, because the month two workouts are SIGNIFICANTLY harder than month one.
