Noooo. You'd want a .22 or a 9mm for your first gun until you could get the feel of them. Granted a shotgun provides scatter so you wouldn't have to aim that much, but it has a HELL of a kick and if you're incredibly weak like you say, you could possibly hurt yourself in the process of hunting.
