advice please?

AF still hasn't shown by 3 days now, my boobs are sore(ish) not overly though, heaps of CM, nauseated and tired. i havent tested in 4 days, just wandering, whats the most sensitive test you can get off the shelf in the shop?

If you're 4 days past AF, any test should work.

i'm scared of seeing a negative then later MC'ing   i have had 3 MC's and 2 CP dont think my trust in my body will truly come back tbh

I know how you feel. I had three consecutive miscarriages before getting pregnant with this baby. It's hard to trust your body or a test after losses. I usually just suggest a dollar store HPT. The sensitivity is usually around 12 mIU on those. I took one at 6pm with extremely diluted utine (it was clear, I thought for sure the test would be negative!) and I got that bold ass positive in my about me.
