re: Drinking around children

I always think about this too when I have had a glass of wine or a beer.. I don't see a problem with it as long as your not getting sloshed... A drink or two should be fine.

I don't get drunk, ever. But I'm always around my kids. I've drank those Daily's frozen lemonade things around them. 2 in a few hours is the most. I'm not a big drinker.

Nothing like a ice cold wine glass of pink moscato after a long day of work.

I love wine, it's my drink of choice, for sure. Moscato is my favorite. I like white Zinfandel too.

I have never gotten drunk in front of my daughter. I will on occasion have one drink, something like like a glass or wine or wine cooler though once in a great while. As long as you are watchful of it that they don't grab a swig I don't see a problem with it. But kids are notorious for wanting what mommy is having, that's my only concern ever lol

I rarely drink but like on the 4th of July I had a beer at dinner and my DD was awake. I don't see an issue with having a drink or 2 around your kid/kids as long as you aren't getting wasted around them lol.

I may have one drink, or DH may have one drink. Never at the same time. We would never have more than that around DD. We don't drink very much anyways.

When I was younger and my dad would have a beer and I wanted what he had, we would get the root beer in a bottle and that was our "beer" lol.

I see nothing wrong with having a drink or two. I don't get drunk around my children, but I do have wine at least 3 night a week.

My Son totally thinks anything in a can is "beer"

I always just tell Patton that if it has alcohol in it it's for grown ups and that I will make him orange juice or something else. He's pretty content with that.
