What to do with shredded chicken?

I'm hungry. I've got some plain ol' shredded chicken that I made in the crock pot yesterday. Nothing special, blank slate. What should I do with it? It's just for me, DH is gone and DS won't eat chicken.

Hmm. Chicken wing dip, or chicken salad?

Chicken alfredo? I don't know lol...or some type of chicken burrito?

put it back in the crock pot with salsa, beans, and corn...put it on a tortilla with cheese =) YUM.

Chicken salad. Or regular salad with chicken chunks. Add bbq sauce & have bbq chicken sandwich. Chicken enchalidas. Homemade chicken noodle soup

I personally would put it in a pan with enchilada sauce and add onions, make myself a n enchilada.

You could do BBQ chicken with or without bun. (I found a bomb ass recipe with apples and onions)
You could do some chicken and mushroom rigatoni ( I also have a good recipe for this)
