My BD would threaten to take me to court anytime he didnt agree with something I did. He told me he would pay child support and never did. I eventually got fed up with it and filed with the court. He was that happy but at that point there was nothing he could do about it except go to court. I definitely thinks its best to go through the court and get everything legalized so you dont ever have to worry about him not bringing your child back or whatever.

well if his mom gets cooky about watching her and you have to put your child in daycare then he will have to pay half of that cost.
