Due Date is today.. but still nothing!

Today is my predicted due date to have my daughter. However, here I am sitting here bored out of my mind just waiting for her to come out. Though I know it's very uncommon for a woman to go into labor or have her baby on her due date, I still thought more would be happening at this point. I don't think I am having contractions, and my water hasn't broken. Though I did lose my mucous plug on Friday, and today is Monday. I thought things would have been really starting to pick up after that. I feel like I have had contractions, but I don't know. I handle pain pretty well. And it doesn't seem like they're consistent either. I am just so impatient! Last night, however, I felt sick to my stomach. I honestly thought I was going to puke my brains out. But I just tried to relax and not move. It wasn't a good night last night for me. Then I had diarrhea this morning, gross I know. Thinking this could be a sign that things are hopefully progressing. My next doctors appointment is the 15th this week. I honestly thought that I would have had her by now, just with how things were going and how big they think she is going to be.

I have tried sex, walking, stretching, but nothing has seemed to work for me. I plan on walking a bunch more today, but the doctor did say not to over do it and the baby will come when she wants to. I just really don't want to be induced. I was so excited to start having contractions or have my water break on my own. But it's not looking like that is going to happen anytime soon. And this baby is big! Well at least I think so and so does the doctor. I was a pretty big chunkers myself and so was Brandon.

I just would like to have my little girl in my arms. I know I will miss being pregnant, but I am so done with it now. It's been 40 weeks, I'M READY!

Get a massage!! Releases natural oxytocin(sp?) The same thing as the pitocin they induce you with.

I had a reflexology treatment when I was 38 weeks and went into labour 2 hours later! Try getting a foot massage, of you've had diarrhea thats because your bowels are emptying to make more room for baby to come and usually happens just before labour so don't worry won't be much longer!!

If your system is clearing itself, it is nearing time. Make sure you got everything ready to go. Congrats!!!

Oh trust me, if I had the money for a massage for myself I so would be getting one right now!

This was my due date a year ago   little bugger made me wait a whole 6 more days before he showed his face! Just enjoy the peace and quiet, atleast u know baby will be here before the end of the fortnight   x

It is nice to see someONE with the same due date as me! Haha I haven't lost my mucus plug, haven't had any bloody show, I haven't even been having any contractions. No signs of labor, so yeah I know the feeling! It really sucks!! ='(

Haha. I have an nst and an ultrasound and talk about when to induce if NECESSARY tomorrow. I hope they check me and say Ive made atleast SOME progress.

I think the reason I lost my plug was because the doctor stripped my membranes. Because the following day I lost it. And the check she did, did not feel very good lol. But I am here still waiting for something more to happen.

Heres me...still pregnant haha.. I couldnt get a membrane sweep cause I have group B strep...which sucks...but Im getting induced on friday if nothing happens by then. And since im already dilated...no pitocin! So Im looking forward to it.

I have a feeling that I will most likely be getting induced, I think I have had a few contractions here and there but nothing is consistent. I am super sad because I was excited to go into labor on my own   I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I am sure I will find out more by then. I just hate waiting and not knowing what is going to happen. Good luck to you!
