Overall abdomen pains?

I have suddenly noticed, I am having all over abdominal pains, sometimes in the pelvic region,sometimes pulling sensation around the navel, sometime pulling sensation on left side, right side, upper left, upper right sides of the navel, sometimes mild cramp, sometimes not, sometimes upper abdominal pain

Extremely lethargic, it's been a week since I had a good night sleep, noticing stretch marks all of a sudden ( hating it)


Do you think I could be?

And if pregnant will the sticky ( fertile) cervical mucous still appear?
