Gastric bypass

Just had to share some great news i got my approval for my gastric bypass my surgery date is the 21st of nov. I am so happy finally a start to a new happy healthier life. If you have had it done please share your story

Congrats!! No turkey day for you though!

Congrats, my mom had it done... recovery wasn't to bad for her but even smelling food made her sick lol I did a lot of eating in the car before coming in to house.  

I haven't had an actual bypass done but I did have gastric surgery in april that was similar to a lap band just because of the way they had to repair my stomach. They had to remove some parts, then they wrapped it into a "tube" shape and stitched it together. I still haven't gotten my appetite back lol

That's good! I would be pissed if I missed Tday, mainly because I have to cook it all and to cook it and not eat it...torture.
