I've called CAS on them before, twice. And they have had them involved but they don't do smurf besides send her kids to camp. She is good at prepping the kids to say what she wants. I doubt they will get taken tbh... their best chance is to get out young like their older brother and sister.

First I would probably puke everywhere.   That is so beyond smurfed up. Then I would throw DH's smurf out on the porch, and if he wouldn't leave I would call the cops. I would NEVER forgive him for that. I wouldn't stay with him if he cheated, period. I just wouldn't be able to get over it and would be miserable for the rest of my life.

I walked in on the act itself and saw his jizz leaking out after he pulled out. You don't forget something like that.

That is horrible but I've been through worse. I caught my ex-fiance in the act of cheating, broke through the window, hit him in the face a couple times and went to jail for a very long night. I was 18 and it was the most traumatic night of my life, if I could've re-done it I would've walked away and never looked back but I snapped. No one can really prepare themselves for something like that but no I would never stay. I actually didn't have any words with him until probably about 7 months later when we ran into each other and I took him back. Only to have him beat the crap out of me 3 years later. People screw up but I think if someone cheats then they just don't love you and don't want to be with you so you should let it go and move on. Quote I like to live by now: "Don't let anybody make you feel how you don't want to feel"  

Another thing, that woman needs to get her ass together for her kids. She's being selfish! I know it sucks but when your a parent you have to put their needs first no matter how hurt you are. If she can't quit the hardcore drugs and do what she needs to do then she doesn't deserve those kids! I'm done now lol
