I would start finding ways to get out, if you've been threw this since days one and you've tried methods to make things change and they havent i would start trying to figure out how to get out, and stay out.. you say you have no family here but do you have family somewhere else that can help you? If so i would sell my car take the money i get from it, get on a grey hound to my family.
