Meeting my..

Sister for the first time today!! She's 12 years older than me, lives in California and is visiting her mom and our brothers in Cincinnati. She flew in yesterday. I'm very excited!!! We're doing a big early thanksgiving dinner. I wish I could post a pic, but she was in Haiti a few times to help rebuild starting right after the disaster. I have some pics of her from there.. Hot pink hair xD

Thank you I haven't talked to her in almost 2 years. It was a shock for her finding out about me, she's 33.. I've known about her and even seen her pictures long before I met my brothers. It was a mess. My father was pretty messed up. I'm happy to say we all have a good relationship with each other given the circumstances.. My brothers are odd, I don't doubt it. But she didn't go through the system, she was able to stay with her aunt from the age of 4. She didn't have to deal with our father. I'm positive that if my father wasn't a sadist that they would have been on their own and have healthier lives right now. Their mother is very sweet and intelligent, but my father literally tormented her long after my full brothers and I were born. Like when I was 5, he took us to a reds game in cinci.. Just so he could go smurf up their mom more.
She was hospitalized for years because of the severe trauma.. I'm finding out more and more as I get older. My grandmother, my moms mom, has been spilling the beans since I found his living siblings, his mom (my gma), cousins, etc.. Last june. It's been an experience. We could easy compose a book on it. It's fascinating..

Side note- my oldest full brother is exactly 2yrs 1 day apart. My other brother is 5 yrs 2 months younger than I am. He was an "accident" baby; failed tube tie I guess? Lmao all this is like light at the end of the tunnel
