Crest strips, do they work? How long did you use them? Did the make your teeth sensitive and for how long? What is the best brand and why?

I hate them! I couldn't get them to stay on for very long and they left some sort of sticky residue on my teeth. They also seemed to be difficult to get on, at least the bottom one. I'm using the crest whitening toothpaste and mouthwash.

But...they didn't make my teeth sensitive. I already have a few teeth that are sensitive but I saw no increase in sensitivity. I guess thats the only upside I saw to them

They worked for me in less than 2 weeks (I wasn't using them religiously either) but left me with sensitive teeth.

Hydrogen peroxide works!

How often do you use it? I tried that and baking soda but the baking soda left me with sensitive teeth.

I don't like chemicals but want some whiter teeth lol

I don't anymore but I put it on a lot in high-school...like everyday...swish with it....you could pull with coconut oil too...my teeth seemed whiter

After I had gotten my braces taken off I used them because the braces made my teeth yellow. They didnt make my teeth sensitive but they did leave the sticky residue on them. Also if your teeth are really wet they dont stick really well. I use to dry them with a paper towel them put the strip on lol.

I read oil pulling is to pull toxins out s its best to do.it in the morning and work your way up to 20 minutes swishing. Never to swallow bc of the toxins and not to do.it while breastfeeding bc it can release toxins into your milk. Sunflower or coconut oil.is best.
