Bowels *TMI*

For a while I have had a lot of issues with pooping.
At first 4 years ago, I just bled a little, it got worse and worse as the years went on, but It never hurt.
I was supposed to have a Colonoscopy done last October, but before I had it done I found out I was pregnant.
After my pregnancy, I couldn't find a doctor to accept my insurance.
So, now 5 months PP I finally have an Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy scheduled for next Thursday.
Up until 2 months PP I was still bleeding, but it was BAD bleeding, like the whole toilet was full with blood, and blood all throughout my stools, it still didn't hurt.
Then, I started hurting BAD, like even before I know I have to poop, I am in excruciating pain, like doubling over in pain, with a lot of blood. I drop to the floor in pain, thats how bad it is.
No stool softeners help it, no laxatives, hemmorhoid cream, NOTHING helps it.

Well, tonight I went to the restroom, and there was blood all in my underwear, then when I went there was blood EVERYWHERE in the toilet. It was scary. My arms are like uncontrollably shaking now.

They've checked for hemmorhoids, fissures... haven't found anything.
I know, I'm having the procedures done, and I will hopefully figure out what's been going on.... But, in the meantime, what the hell am I supposed to do. I am freaking out!
I've gone to the ER for it, and they can't figure it out and just send me home

I have nothing to really tell you... but if you continue to lose a lot of blood like that, I would go to the ER to make sure everything is okay.

Good luck to you, I really hope everything comes back good...

This reminds me of a story I read not too long ago about a man who had the exact same symptoms. He had polyps I'm his colon that turned out to be malignant. The polyps went undetected for a long time because of the location that they were in.

I'm not saying that that is what you have, though. The story just sounds similar.

That's one of the things they think it might be.
What does that end up causing? like long term?

Malignant polyps in the colon mean colon cancer.

Unknown rectal hemorrhaging means bleeding heavily from your ass for unknown reasons, to put it bluntly.

Oh, gotcha.
I remember he said, it could be colon polyps, but he said colon cancer would be rare for me for my age.
But BOTH run in my family, so that's why i'm so worried.

Polyps can be either benign (non-cancerous or pre-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous). Just as with other tumors.

sooo, i was reading about colon polyps, and it says narrowing of stool is a symptom.
For lack of a better way to say it, my poop used to be really fat/thick, and now its like thin/small/narrow

This is going to sound REALLY dumb,
BUT,
If it's NOT that, is it possible for like... your butthole to narrow after childbirth? like be skinnier so it squishes it down more and make your stools LOOK narrow?

No. The sphincter muscle of the anus is much like an elastic band. It can stretch (over time) to accommodate larger stools. You're just passing insufficient stools.
