Get evidence proving he's a bad father (late night outings with her, drugs use and anything else - convictions would be good) and you'll tear him apart in court.

I wouldn't allow my child to be around that either, it's unacceptable.

sounds really off to me and idk if i would let my child go with him anymore. Its not right for a child to be out that late at all . When the father of my kids takes them for the weekend he stays on there routine he knows if he doesnt he wouldnt be aloud to take them anymore
