I feel sad:[

posted 12th Nov
I am not really sure why. I should be happy. I am engaged, I have a newborn, a wonderful three year old... I have finally been happy, feeling like I finally have a purpose... And all of a sudden I just feel so sad. I need to stop this feeling before I throw myself back into a depression.

Crashing hormones, it happens. Just speak up to someone if the sadness continues. Baby blues are quite normal for few weeks. I cried over dropping my fork in the dog water

If you're not too fresh with the itty bitty, get out and take a walk. Eating healthy, talking to your spouse, all will help with sad moods.

Why do you hope not? It's almost a given after delivery. PPD is what would be a hope not.

Either way, I hope your spirits are lifted shortly.

Talking with my honey is the last thing I want to do.. He said a couple days ago "you better not get back into your depression again." kind of selfish of hom because he has never had to deal with me depressed, we have just talked about it.

That's a massive dickhead mood. You should explain to him what's going on with you. He's number one who can help out with a new baby and a newly adjusting mom since he's adjusting again as well.

Hormones maybe.

Take some time out have a bath and read a book or something. You still need to be you, not just a mother and a fiance

I thought it would happen right away if it happened. She was born on Halloween so I thought I was in the clear

It's probably the hormonal changes.

What kind of tone was it said in? Maybe he was just worried about you, because he knows it's been an issue in the past? I hope it wasn't said out of nastiness or anything. You can't really control your feelings and he should be there for you. It's sad that he's made you feel uncomfortable to approach him about your feelings.

He said it rather rudely... I just looked at him and after awhile I said thats not something I could control that easily. It was left at that
