Strange discharge.. help!!

I had my last period on october 24th I have been having a brown discharge with what looks like coffee grounds in it.. I had a coloscopy(sp?) about 7 months ago and I also have mirena.. any idea if this is normal, if this could be caused by either the mirena or coloscopy or if it could possibly be a STD i recently found out my ex cheated before we split.. I am calling the DR im the morning but all i can find on google is about pregnancy and this happening.. HELP   Thanks!!

probably from the colonoscopy. they didn't tell you what to expect after you had it done?

yes they did but they said it would be normal after a couple weeks and the coloscopy was months ago at least 7 thats why i didnt know if it could still be from that..?
