I understand it's his family...but he has a daughter who has been pushed out of her home because it's not healthy for her to see that behavior.

I would try to find a way to help the brother. He is a kid, he is doing those things because the way he has been brought up. that if his mother. I don't agree with her.actions at all. But understand it is hard for him. Is there a reason you don't make her leave? Take that off of him.
