Little boy

My son keeps telling me "ouch" when I go to change his diaper and I wipe his penis. I did look and I don't see anything obvious. I have him PT'ing right now and in pull ups. It stinks to high hell when he pees. He is my only boy so I don't really understand what it could be. Any ideas?


Yes, he is circ'd and no the skin isn't reattached and pulling back. He is 2 1/2

That's what I was thinking.

Does his pee look cloudy? Could be a UTI.

Well, he is refusing the toilet today so that is a hard call. He says "ouch" when I touch it. He doesn't seem to have an issue when he pees because I haven't heard him cry all day except when he wanted me to hold him after waking up. He has a tad bit of a cold right now so his sleep schedule is all over the place.

Didn't look like it. It doesn't appear to look too different. I mean, I have nothing to go off but, it is a little purple at the base of the head. No red, no obvious looking sores, Nothing really. He has been fighting me on cleaning it since yesterday and a little more intense tonight. He has figured out what it is and does pull on it from time to time. I am not entirely sure what to think. I don't want to waste a Dr visit if it is nothing. Only one of my girls had a UTI and that was just recently (4 yrs old learning to properly wipe on her own, front to back is a bit hard I guess) but, she was able to tell me it hurt to pee.

You'll have to look closey if the tip where the pee hole is at is slightly pink or red it's a uti.

Take him to the doctor better safe then sorry may be he was trying to go potty on his own and shut the toilet seat on it im don't know try calling you pedi doctor

I can tell you that hasn't happened for 100% sure. He is 2 and still at the learning to sit and pee phase. He only will go if I take him. He is being a tad lazy all of a sudden.
