Swollen chest

My baby girl is 6 weeks old tomorrow and she has a swollen chest and is leaking milk. I know this happens but, does it hurt her? Is there anything I can do to help with it? And how long does it last? She has the swollen chest for a couple weeks but I just noticed the leaking today!

My daughter leaked as well, but she was only about two weeks old, it lasted a few days. The swelling might be a bit tender.
