HPT VS Blood Test

Have you or anyone u know had to get a blood test to confirm a pregnancy? Um 16 days late no HPT is picking it up and I'm pretty sure I'm preggo...

Thats the only way I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. EVERY SINGLE other test said neg.

It's driving me nuts... My boobs are killing me... I'm craving mushrooms like a fiend and I can't get full!!!

I would go get one! With my 1st, evey test said neg, my boobs hurt, my back hurt, i was throwing up and KNEW I was pregnant. Even my hubby KNEW I was pregnant, so we just went to the dr, they did the pee test, negative, then they did a blood test just to be sure, and the very next day I got a call and was told I was pregnant.

have you tried using FMU? I mean by now you should be picking up but then again this pregnancy it was really hard for me to get a positive on a test until I was over a week late, last pregnancy I got a super dark positive the firs test I took..

I've done them all! Even been to the ER and got a urine test and it was negative too...

I didn't get a positive until 2 weeks after my missed period. Apparently, I ovulated on the day AF was due for some reason ...? Idk I still don't understand wth happened... but your ovulation could have jjust been off, and you aren't as far along as you should be so the test isn't picking it up yet.

I was 10wks when I found out, and I had missed 2 periods and still nothing but a blood test picked up. I even did one for fun when I was 6 months, and was obviously pregnant and it still said negative.

Wow... That's crazy!!I just really need to know because I'm on cymbaltafor anxiety and trazodone for sleep and it can hurt the baby as far as I understand...

If you havent already, I say make a dr appt and schedule a blood test. Tell them you want the blood test, not just a urine but theyre going to do the urine one anyway, they always do.
