I honestly had NO IDEA my ass looked like that until I took this pic today LOL. I was like    No wonder DH is always bending me over  

I have no secret ladies, just determination & will power! I changed my eating habits completely. I've been making healthier food choices since the end of February & slowly reduced my portions. I don't exercise at all really. I have three little ones that keep me busy all day long so staying off my butt is my main goal everyday.

Me too! Seriously I run 3-5 miles a day and my ass is still saggy.
