Thank you girls! You're letting me know what I should trim. I got a peep of what the location team picked for rental space and the kitchen is > < this big in that place. This menu needed some slimming down.

They have a pastry chef there that makes effing amazing desserts. And they serve a bone with their ribeye that has butter made from the bone marrow lol
