I dont see how it would make her uncomfortable if she has and still would spank her own children if need be. Concidering she still has yound children. Its not like I expect her to beat them.

I don't know what her case is but for me that's not the case. My son was enrolled in daycare full time when I first started working and family wanted more time with him and came to me about it.

I would rather have my kids with people who won't spank them, lol me and their fathers are only 1s who *spank* I don't expect or want any 1 else to do it... my mom and aunt always take my kids for the weekends, and they rarely put them down for naps, but that's not my problem, if they like dealing with crabby, bratty kids I let them...

I pay over 10,000. A year in child care/school alone... ur very lucky...

And? No one said anything about beating them.

Sorry I think you should pay someone if you want something that specific and she doesn't want to do it. Even if I was being paid I'd laugh if someone told me to spank their kids.

Correct, she did offer, and said she would watch the kids no problem before I even started looking for a job. We even sat down and came up with some rules and a plan to be followed, and its not happening, I mean what was the point in making a plan if it wasnt gonna be followed.

I'm a spanker, and I wouldn't dare touch someone else's kid.

Okay then, so you are just going to have to deal how she chooses to discipline nor not discipline the children.
Most kids if they want to take a nap will just pass out mid play, especially at 1.

But I dont think I should have to just deal with how she wants to handle my children, if they dont get disciplined now then they will end up not behaving more and more when they get older.

Well you actually do, unless she's harming them. Again, there's nothing you can do to force her to do something you want and if she refuses then you should go elsewhere.

Sucks that you feel that way, I guess you will need to start penny pinching and saving for a daycare.

Looks like the best option would be to quit my job and stay at home with the kids.

Its not just the spanking, its the discipline, nothing works on her except that, and she needs to be disciplined.
