stomach pain

So i have been having issues with my health since i didnt have insurance, now that i do its a whole list of things going on with me and my husband. I have been having this weird pain in my stomach area in the middle and also been feeling like i have done so many sit ups and i dont exercise at all. I also have a headache that comes as soon as my advil wheres off. I have been feeling like this since last night. Should i go to the ER? its just hurts and my husband had the exact thing and he had stones in is gulbladder and need surgery now i am scared i might to.
Also my docotr isnt open tomorrow and he had ordered a abdomenal ultrasound but i have yet to make a appt.

If you start vomiting violently then yes go to the ER immediately.
