One foot done.. One to go.

Had my first steroid injection for my plantar fasciitis... My left foot. On a scale from 1 - 10 of pain it was a 9.   hurt like a mother smurfer. But it's feeling better now. Now just for tomorrow for my right foot. Ugh... This sucks. But I need it done so I'm no longer in crippling pain. I cried during the procedure. Hubs was there with me and I ripped into his hand.  

He bought me some proper shoes for me feet with the arch and some insoles for my sneakers as well. $300 for just the two pairs and the one pair of insoles. Crazy.
