How much milk for a 2 year old?

posted 11th Nov
DD will be 2 on Dec 1st. For the last 2 weeks she has barely drank any milk. Should I be concerned? She will have her 2 year check up next month and I planned on asking her pedi then but since this been going on for a while I wanted to ask on here. We give her Almond milk since Cow's milk makes her extremely constipated.

My daughter rarely drinks milk and she will be 2 on January 4th. The milk isn't really whats important, it's all the vitamins and nutrients she's supposed to get from it, so I make sure she gets them in other places in her diet.
If she does have milk it's almond or coconut milk as well, and she is still breastfeeding so she gets good stuff there. My doctor has never seemed concerned about her milk intake as long as she's getting the good stuff somewhere.

LO drinks about 2 cups a day one first thing in the morning, and one at bed
he has juice and water the rest of the day (for the most part)

Daughter has been getting a multivitamin since she was about 2 months. Started with the drops and now she takes a gummy vitamin every morning.
But she gets her calcium from yogurts, magnesium and iron from dark leafy greens, vitamin D from going outside, stuff like that to make up for her low milk intake.

She loves other dairy ( cheese, yogurt, etc). But its a huge struggle to get her eat veggies and fruits. She loves dried fruit but I can only get her to eat bananas, grapes, and sometimes apples fresh but she also has texture issues (which is why she will eat more dried fruit).

My kids are weird about the texture of food, my son will only eat raw veggies, all raw. My daughter will only eat raw or cooked veggies without peels (so no peppers, peeled cucumbers, no tomatoes, no peas) but she will eats steamed veggies or peeled raw veggies with hummus to dip.
My kids also like to have raw fruit with yogurt and cool whip mixed to dip. But if they are not in a mood for raw fresh fruits I make yogurt and fruit smoothies.
Usually vanilla yogurt, frozen blueberries and strawberries and then fresh bananas and mangos or melon. Add some fresh orange juice or coconut milk (or for me pumped breastmilk) and blend until smooth. Mmm
