High chair

I just ordered this high chair for my daughter! Who has a baby trend high chair? Do you like it?

That looks like the same one I have except mine the the Monkeyin' Around pattern. I used it with my oldest until a few months ago because he didn't want to sit in it anymore, and my baby is still too little for it. Cleaning is a little bit of a pain with the cover but other than that I love it.

It seemed to have tons of good reviews. How old is your baby? My daughter is 5 1/2 months old. I am hoping she will fit!

I kind of wish high chairs were still how they were when I was a baby. They didn't have covers or anything like that, they were just made with a material that was easy to wipe off! And they didn't take up huge amounts of space!!

I started using it with DS1 when he was about 4 months and starting to sit up on his own. It was sort of big but just put the chair all the way up and the tray all the way in and it will work  DS2 is going to be 4 months on the 18th but no sign of him being close to sitting on his own yet. Though he rolls back and forth all day long when he is on the ground haha!

My parents had a wood one with a flip tray for my brother (he is turning 12 in January). I wanted that one but they got rid of it a long time ago. So I settled with the one I got since it matched the playpen I picked out. And recently got the matching bouncy seat for DS2  

Ah I LOVE those wooden high chairs! Although they are not as comfortable or have all of the extra things that these other high chairs have, but I love wooden high chairs. I like the Eddie Bauer one. That's cool that you got to use the high chair so long with your first child, I am hoping this one lasts us a long time! My daughter is 5 1/2 months old. She doesn't sit up on her own either but she is getting there, she can sit supported!

Some kids can stand to use a high chair for long. And there are others like my oldest who just want to copy mommy and daddy. He has been in a toddler bed since 17 months old. And stopped using the high chair around 18 or 19 months. Right now we are working on potty training and it has been a week and a half. He has caught on super fast to it and since we started he has only pooped once in a diaper. I am wondering how DS2 is going to be since my oldest is so independent and growing up so fast it seems.

I have this one, it's a grow-with-me chair which I find to be pretty badass! It's adjusts with the chair and tray table. Also ti goes from a highchair to a booster seat and you can pack it in the car to travel with you. We put ours in the trunk and take it with us to our families' places. We got the one DH had as a baby, think I need to get him to attach a harness somehow though.....safety wasn't a big thing back in them days LOL

Haha yeah I know! On the old high chairs there was nothing between the legs so we could easy crawl out of the high chair!! Lol
