Broccoli cheese soup

posted 11th Nov
Is it good? I am thinking of making it this week. I'm not the biggest broccoli fan, so i want to make sure the taste is not overpowering.

It's delicious. Make sure you purée the broccoli then if you don't want a overpowering taste.

I tried to make a different recipe of it the other day, and it ended up being the Bread Co. recipes and it wanted me to puree it. But I didn't have anything to do it with..

I didn't say i didn't like it, i said i'm not a big fan. Meaning i'll eat it, but i don't like the overpowering taste of it. I'll eat broccoli, i just wouldn't eat it plain...ever.

Oh, I agree.   But I do like the idea of it being smooth and creamy as opposed to being all chunky.
