This is true. GMO's are nightmarish. I lost 54 pounds in 5 months switching to a mostly organic diet and exercising. I calorie counted too toward the end.

People were starved in concentration camps, there were also an abundance of diseases thats why you had no "fat people" in concentration camps. There are also peolpe with thyroid problems that cant gain weight. I am sure that there were people even back then that were obese due to one reason or another!

Well until you are in that situation shut the smurf up and realize it isn't fact twisting. Our meat is being treated with hormones that pass on to us when we eat it. What do you expect to happen to people when they consume these things that cows are to bulk up? I know alot of people need diet over haul and working out but there are people who seriously can not help their weight.

I remember in history classes having to look at old pictures and seeing larger people... men and woman. There were no Mc Donalds and Im pretty sure everything would have more or less been grown organic. I also do believe there was the great depression where the rich people got fatter and the poorer peole DIED.

If you go back even farther (further? ) to Medieval and Renaissance times. Wealthy people WANTED to be fat because it meant they were well-fed. However now we know that being over-weight is unhealthy. Unless you are like my husband who is about 100lbs over what he should be but all his levels are healthy aside from weight. And if he were to lose that weight he would look like a skeleton. But he has a hard time losing weight as it is.
