I eat them all the time, I have eaten them since I was a kid which was a very long time ago lol. I didn't know you were ment to spit the white seed out out, I thought my boys were just being fussy when they spat out the seed, Oh crap I am such a bad mum... lol
Oh by the way when they are frozen the white part comes out easy as you just suck the red part and get left with the white.
