Labor plan

I'm not sure if this is where it should go. Anyway, I was wondering what was some of your labor plans, if any. Meaning if you have other kids where will they go and do you have a plan b. How will you get to the hospital in an emergency situation and who will you call to let know you are in labor?
I am thinking about this now because I need to know where to send my son. I am due in april and he will still be in school. I'm hoping he will be able to go to his grand parents house but they have not been completely reliable lately. also If my fiance is at work who can I call to take me to the hospital. we agreed on a cab but sometimes cabs here take so long. Lastly we need to make a list of people who will want to be notified i'm in labor. I personally only want my fiance in the room. I'm sure our mothers will understand, especially since they live about 30-45 min away from the hospital!!!
Sorry for it being so long. If you can share with me what your plan is I would appericiate it!!!

During part of my pregnancy my step-son was living with us. We live in CO and all of our family is in Ohio so calling someone to watch him was going to be out of the question. We found a sitter who would be willing to watch him regardless of the time of day (or night) and on very short notice.
I was also working at the time and my boss and many of my coworkers offered to take me to the hospital if my husband couldn't make it at that time. Let's be serious though, I'd like to think there aren't any bosses who are going to tell them they can't leave right then. People are understanding of this situation.
As far as the who would be in the room, since we do live so far away I knew it would only be me and my husband. I think this is a special time for you guys to bond and become closer. I liked knowing that WE would be the first ones to meet our daughter, everyone else can wait. Even just a bit
