Laceration

My son has a laceration on his hairline. My mom said blood was pouring down his face when he cut it. That was about 11 this morning. It's 4 now and she called to say it is still bleeding, but only when he is running around playing.

ER?
Bandage?

He should go to the ER. It should be done bleeding by now.

Walk in? Might just need a quick stitch. It shouldn't still be bleeding.

I would take him to the ER!! He may need stitches if it is bleeding that easily!

ER. He probably needs stitches if its still bleeding.

Head wounds bleed a lot. He could be reopening it by playing. They may not stitch it, they used glue on DS when he smacked his head on the nightstand.

That actually just reminded me. They did the same when hubby cut his head.

I just called my mom and told her to take him to the ER. I cant take a 1 and 2 yr old to the ER. She said "I am not taking him for stitches, so you can just hang that up. Lets just wait and see what happens. right now he is fine"   I said "He is fine? Didnt you just call me to say he bleeds when he plays?"
